Shiloh is a 2.5 year old spayed female.  She is 19" from her shoulders to the ground and weighs 48 pounds.

At home she is sweet, loving , affectionate. But when we take her out, she is very reactive to bikes, skateboards, etc, and sometimes to other dogs when she is on a leash. On the beach when she is not leashed she is fine with other dogs.
