Ruka is a 10 year old neutered male.  He is 1.5' from his shoulders to the floor and weighs 55 pounds. 

Ruka is a 10 year old, 55lb, Border Collie & Australian Cattle Mix. He is a blue merle with striking blue and brown eyes. Ruka absolutely lives for human cuddles and playing fetch, which he will do without stop for as long as possible! Ruka has the boundless energy of a much younger dog. He eats well, has no health issues, is a great running companion, and is neutered.

Ruka has been with us for nearly 2 years and is very trainable. He knows all the basic commands and walks at a good heel. He is completely potty-trained and never has accidents. He is crate-trained. Looking to re-home him in a home with a fenced backyard where he could roam free and play fetch off-leash.

Ruka does not fare well with other dogs, cats, or similar animals. He is completely unreactive to ducks, birds, squirrels. He loves humans and is friendly with everyone. He will bark at strangers passing by his front door, so he's quite useful as an alarm.

Ruka is living in Oakland.
