Cooper is a 1 1/2 year old neutered male.  He is 22" from his shoulders to the floor and weighs 44 pounds.

Cooper is very loving happy active pup . He does want to be obedient, but still has more training that needs to be done. He does get very happy when he meets new people and other dogs but dogs that are not reactive.
