Bob is a 1.5 year old neutered male.  He is 23" from the shoulders to the ground and weighs 40 pounds.

Bob is Happy, playful beyond belief, with relentless energy.  He can get frustrated and whiny when he can't run about (which is often).

Bob is living in Oakland.
