Toby is very shy at first when he meets new people. He’s very gentle and lovable Doesn’t show any signs of aggression. Toby is very intelligent. He gets along with other dogs and people. Toby would love a new home to help utilize his playful energy and will make a wonderful loving companion. This intelligent energetic boy just needs attention and is eager.
