We also need proof of spay or neuter, either a certificate from your veterinarian or your veterinarian's phone number (we will need the last name of the person the dog is listed under at the Animal Hospital so we can confirm the information).

We generally only post your first name and an email address so people to contact you. If applicants don't get a response from you, they often email our rescue asking if we have a phone number for the owner. If you would like us to give out your phone number, please include your number below.

It is very important to include several photos to show off your dog. We will not post your dog if you do not include photos. Try to take photos from your dog's level rather than shooting the photo looking down on them. Please don't include photos of sleeping dogs, people want to see their personality and you need to see their eyes for that.

We also ask that you respond to prospective adopters in a timely manner. If we get a complaint from an adopter that they are not getting a response from you, we will take your dog off our website!
