Gabriel is a 17 month old neutered male. He weighs 45 pounds.
Gabriel loves loved loves to play ball, if he could be outside all day with dogs playing or time with you throwing a ball he thrives. Gabriel is intelligent, loves to cuddle with you at night, knows how to give hugs, and will lick you awake every morning at the same time. He is house broken never had an accident.
Dislikes is being kept inside for too long or left alone. He needs mental and physical stimulation. Over all his demeanor is chill for a border collie. He still needs more training when it comes to strangers as he recently developed fear aggression toward strangers. I’ve had 3 behavior specialists analyze him and said it’s correctable but needs an alpha owner so he feels safe.
Gabriel will thrive in a huge back yard property, ranch or farm where he can run around preferably with other dogs but will be fine 1 on 1 with attention explained above. I don’t recommend children unless introduced cautiously or by a trainer. But once he realizes this is his new pack he will protect and defend everyone in the home. He currently resides in a small home with my dad, sister and another dog and loves us all so much. But he’s a free spirit and deserves the best life possible.
