Below, you will find the contracts needed for your foster dog. You will need to print two
of any contract you use. One copy is for the new adopter or former owner (in the case
of a dog being relinquished to rescue), the second copy is for our rescue files. Please
make sure rescue receives a copy of each page of every contract.

BORDER COLLIE RESCUE OWNER RELEASE FORM - 4 pages
This form is used when an owner relinquishes a dog to our rescue. In most cases, we would appreciate a donation from the owner to help with the costs we will incur until the dog is adopted. In certain cases when the relinquishment is truly because of a hardship and the owners cannot afford to give us a donation, we can waive that option. There are forms that mention donations and others that do not.
